  Mission Statement:
Mobilizing leaders and churches in God’s mission...Together.

  Core Ministry Values

1. Local Churches ~ the primary agents of God’s harvest.
There is one body and one spirit – just as you were called to one hopewhen you were called~one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.  Ephesians 4:4-6

2. Prayer ~ our important communication with God who responds in powerful ways  Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.  Colossians 4:2

3. Collaboration ~ forming, working and communicating as teams to accomplish God’s Kingdom purposes across the region with multiple networks. There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working,  but the same God works all of them in all men.  1 Corinthians 12:4-6

4. Transformation ~ as people and communities come to know, follow and behave like Jesus. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!   2 Corinthians 5:17

5. Shalom ~ working towards the Kingdom vision of diversity, justice and unityin Christ. I will make a covenant of peace with them…I will bless them…there will beshowers of blessing…They will know that I am the Lord, when I break the bars of their yoke and rescue them from the hands of those who enslaved them.   Ezekiel 34:25-27

6. Indigenous Leaders~ intentionally identifying, developing and releasing diverse leaders from each generation to equip God’s people for God’s work. You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust toreliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.  2 Timothy 2:1-2

7. Relevance ~ knowing our culture and community settings so that we can work together with effectiveness. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. I do this all for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in it’s blessings.   1 Corinthians 9:22-23

8. Diagnosis ~ discerning the best use of God’s resources and providing honest and hopeful evaluation of ministry potential. I know your deeds, your hard work and your perserverance…Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken you first love.  Revelations 2:2 &4

9. Innovation ~ looking for new opportunities and strategies for advancing the work of Christ. See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you.  Isaiah 42:9

10. Hope ~ knowing that we are on the winning side. In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade~kept in heaven for you…1 Peter 1:3-4
